Power of the Past
37th Annual
Every August, Greensburg steps back in time for the Power of the Past, a five-day celebration of agricultural heritage, antique machinery, and the traditions that helped shape Decatur County. Held at the Decatur County Fairgrounds, this annual event brings together hundreds of antique tractors, steam engines, farm equipment, and vintage machinery alongside tractor pulls, demonstrations, a parade, flea market, toy show, food vendors, live entertainment, and activities for all ages. Whether you’re a longtime machinery enthusiast, a history buff, or simply looking for a unique way to experience a piece of Indiana’s agricultural past, Power of the Past offers something to discover around every corner.
